New album is almost finished.  It’s been nice to actually sit down and write songs for this one. My process for Heavy Hands songs is usually spastic, emerging from a phrase or guitar riff, whereas these are actually developed (for the most part) from lyrics. It’s a bit harder for me because some of these songs are a little more personal, which is something I never do, but whatever.
